Before you can consign you need to register for the sale.

When consigning with Cartwheels Children’s Consignment you can earn up to 75% of the selling price of your item.
If you would like to just consign your items but not volunteer you will earn 60%
If you volunteer for 4 hours you will earn 70% plus a VIP pass into the presale at 6pm on Thursday night.
If you volunteer for 8 hours you will earn 70% plus a VIP pass into the presale at 3pm Thursday night AND you will be able to shop the half-price sale on Sunday at 8am!
If you refer 2 consignors you will earn 75% of your total sales.
If you just don’t have time to tag your items you can have us tag them for you. Just email us at [email protected] for details.
When you are getting your items ready for consignment you have to be sure that:
- everything is clean
- reasonably free of wrinkles
- free of pet hair
- be sure all buttons and snaps are closed
- WE CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS THAT SMELL OF SMOKE
- We do not accept any items that have any spots, tears, pilling, etc…
- Shoes need to be free of any dirt on the soles
- All clothing items must be hung on a hanger
- All tags must be attached on the left side of the garment or in the middle
- Be sure that any 2 piece items are securely attached to each other so that one of the 2 pieces doesn’t go missing
***** Really think about what price you want to sell your item at. You want to be sure that your prices are not retail prices because you don’t want to walk away at the end of the sale and have to take everything home with you. ****
If you need hangers you can call old navy and ask them to hold hangers for you for the day. They give them away for free you just have to go pick them up.
There is no limit to the number of items you can bring in.
You set the price of your items and decide if you would like the opportunity to offer them at 1/2 price on the last day of the sale.
Your check will arrive in the mail no later than 3 weeks from the last day of the sale.
What we don’t take
- Dirty toys
- Anything with pet hair
- Anything that has an odor
- No stuffed animals
- No car seats
- Nothing with rips, holes, stains, or excessive wear marks
- No toys without a working battery
